“ In A Nutshell: -Fire Wings is a wing franchise, which opened a location pre-pandemic in Little Saigon. -After being closed for awhile, it's finally open again so I decided to check their food out. -They have a plethora of wings flavors (see photo below). -The 20 wings set you can pick up to 3 flavors, I chose the Saigon Street, Lemon Pepper & Louisiana flavors. -Of the three aforementioned flavors, the Lemon Pepper were the best, followed by Saigon Street & lastly Louisiana. -The Louisiana wings just didn't have enough flavor, please ask them to make sure. Overall, this place gets pretty busy fast, there's also outdoor seating, so make sure you call ahead if you don't want to wait too long. It's nice to have another chicken wing option so close to home. ”
“ Imagine if Wingstop had a cool uncle, well that’s what Fire Wings would be lol. For quite some time I’d commute to the Hayward or San Mateo locations which were the closest to San Jose. Some of the most flavorful sauce combinations paired with well balanced garnish’s allows this establishment to outshine other traditional wing spots. Don’t be afraid to ask to try sauces before ordering them as well! I ordered Nashville chicken sandwich level: Super Fire (DON’T try this unless you can handle it). Well battered and perfectly fried which comes with fries and drink if you choose the combo. 10 Piece Bone in Salt/pepper & Dragon flavor wings which are self explanatory when it comes to the taste. Finally the most popular side that’s ordered which is the Garlic noodles, cooked Al dente topped with a healthy amount of garlic. ”
“ Favorites: Buffalo wings, salt & pepper wings, and garlic fries . Also, the chicken sandwich is amazing. It is kind of fast food for wings. It is a casual dining. It is a nice place to hang out with friends for wing and beer. The ordering system us automatic. You just order and take a seat till they call your name. The wings are not too much greasy. They have delicious amazing sauces. ”
“ Went for their 1.50 Wednesday bone in special for lunch. I got the buffalo sauce on the wings. For the fry’s I got their buffalo tender fry’s. My stomach felt like I was burning a hole through it with all that buffalo sauce but it was tooo good. Haha. You order at the cashier and you can sit wherever. They’ll call your name when your food is ready They also do 50 cents boneless on Monday & Tuesdays which I wanna try next time ! ”
“ Love this place for what it is. A great hybrid option between Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop. Wings are definitely better than wing stop. They have TVs with Sports (and audio), good food and cold beer. But I do have a complaint (asked the workers for the managers name, so this goes out to you) PETER, its call Mango Habanero not Mango and Sweet Sauce. When my 10yo boy and 6yo daughter can eat something ending in Habanero because they confused it with sweet and sour should be a wake up call (they think hot cheetos are spicy). Please fix it. ”
